Wales lock Alun Wyn Jones hopes to return in time for Heineken cup tie

March 4th: Wales lock Alun Wyn Jones has set his sights on returning to action in time for the Osprey's Heineken cup quarter final tie against Biarritz on April 10th. Jones chipped a bone in his ellbow and sustained ligament damage tackling Sean Lamont in Wales' bruising 31-24 win over Scotland which ruled him out of the rest of the Six Nations. Osprey's physio Chris Towers said that Jones "was pushing hard to be available", adding "(he) has undergone surgery to repair the ligament damage and remove some debris from the joint and has already started his intensive rehab programme following the op"
