This spring, we’re excited to introduce you to Total Pilates.
We’ve spent the last few months thoroughly reviewing our whole Pilates offer and Libby and Alexei have come up with a new format for studio Pilates.
We wanted to reduce the cost, standardise the format and open Pilates up to more people. Libby has been taking studio classes throughout the review period and she felt there was an opportunity to introduce a new format.
So it’s time to shake things up a bit.
Beginning this Friday 1st February in East Dulwich, this 55-minute class is a complete Pilates solution. The class utilises reformers, chairs and trapeze tables, and focuses on all elements of posture, mobility, core stability, strength, flexibility and balance.
With classes of six, you are guaranteed specialist support and guidance, tailored for all abilities whether your needs are rehab based or advanced. Whether you’ve been referred to Pilates by our Physios, whether it’s a new part of your exercise regime, or if you’re a regular Pilates participant, this is the class for you.
In order to participate in the class you will need to have undertaken your Pilates induction. Penny Elkins will be taking the classes initially and will be on hand for inductions in the coming weeks.
Classes cost £30 / per class, and booklets of 10 classes can be purchased to gain one free class (or take advantage of the Buy 10 get 2 Free promotion that runs until Thursday 31 January).
