Top Tips for Maintaining Your Summer Mojo!

In this scorching heat, it is easy to get demotivated and lethargic when we try to maintain our usual exercise regime. Plus, if the children are on school holidays, we can also feel a little more time pressured. With so many mitigating factors, what can we do to maintain our health and wellbeing mojo through the summer months?

  1. Mix it up a bit!

If you don’t feel like attending your usual class, try something different. Any movement is better than no movement at all. If you normally enjoy a high intensity class, try a low intensity class such as Pilates, Yoga or eGYM circuit. These classes still require strength and build muscle.

Children can enjoy some quality playtime in the ESPH Creche from 9:00am to 1:00pm every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, giving you some valuable ME time! Sessions run throughout the summer holidays and can be booked in 30-minute slots for just £4 per child, per session! Purchase a book of 10 this week and receive 2 extra free sessions!   • Massage is more than just a luxury!

Stress and injuries can have a debilitating effect on the body, so having a quality sports massage is more than just a luxury. It can help with sleep patterns, hormonal imbalances, eliminate lactic acid and generally revive you! Massages start from just £34 for half an hour. Book here

And don’t forget, the whole building has aircon and you’re welcome to drop by and just stand under one of the units for 5 mins if you need to cool down!
