At e s physical health we believe in small group exercise classes with the emphasis on supervision and the setting of specific goals to optimise outcome. The program is tailored specifically to the clients needs whether that be returning to sport after surgery, weight loss or after having a baby. A pre-exercise assessment is performed by our physiotherapists to determine the exercise program and the starting level. This may include specific stretches, cardio-vascular endurance and fitness, resistance weight training, pilates exercise and relaxation. The intensity of the programme is gradually increased and progress is closely monitored with outcome recorded at set intervals.
