Elizabeth Knott - Hatha Yoga

Elizabeth was working in fashion when her boss paid for a gym membership and she first started going to yoga classes. Elizabeth completed a foundation course, then a Diploma with the British Wheel of Yoga in 2007. Elizabeth has practiced yoga for over 15 years and been teaching for 5 years. She is constantly amazed at how yoga improves people’s lives in such positive ways both physically and holistically.  Elizabeth encourages everyone to truly enjoy their own yoga practice, to respect their bodies, and to come to class with an open heart.
