Pilates is a unique form of exercise that focuses on spinal stability and core strength and will transform the way your body looks, feels and performs.
We offer five types of Pilates class:
These classes are taken by pilates-trained physiotherapists with a maximum of two clients per instructor. Our expert physios will focus on rehabilitating you from injury and progressing you from the treatment phase to full recovery.
New to Pilates? Then this is the option for you. A 60 minute screening with one of our physios provides the starting point for your introduction to Pilates. A maximum of 2 clients per instructor ensures you get the attention you need to fully understand the basic principles and 5 60 minute sessions will set you on your way.
Ideal whether you have recovered from injury or simply wish to take advantage of the more dynamic and precise nature of equipment-based Pilates. Taken by highly-qualified instructors, these classes are for a maximum of four clients and will focus on an individual programme that will help you reach your goals.
Free to our gym members (though non-members are, of course, welcome), these classes have a maximum of eight clients per instructor and are perfect if you have no specific physical concerns but wish to enjoy the benefits of building core strength and stability through the pilates method.
For the real Pilates fanatics, this dynamic class will push you to your limits. Numbers are limited to a maximum of 5 to ensure you get the attention you need.
