Our Pilates Instructors

esph East Dulwich employs six dedicated pilates staff to teach in its fully-equipped studio.


Jo Bingham

Jo is Pilates Foundation-trained and a former professional dancer. A valuable esph asset for the past six years, she can often be found expertly hula-hooping between classes.

Jo works in both our East Dulwich and Harley Street sites and has worked at ESPH since 2001.


Adrian Goodfellow - Pilates

Adrian enjoyed a 20 year career in show business, appearing in the musicals ‘Cats’ and ‘Chicago’ in the West End and ‘Fosse’ on it’s first international tour. Also he performed in many large Cabaret venues around the world including The Sheraton Walker Hill in Seoul and Conrad Jupiter’s Casino on the Gold Coast of Australia. Since retiring in 1996 he has worked as a dance teacher and Personal Trainer in fitness and having trained in the stott pilates method, as a Pilates teacher.

Adrian works in our East Dulwich site and has worked with ESPH since 2007.


Alison Spink - Pilates

Alison first discovered pilates as a ballet student and continued to use it while working as a professional dancer to improve strength, technique and rehabilitate after an injury. After finishing her dance career she trained with Stott Pilates to become a fully certified instructor first working in studios in her hometown of Brisbane before moving to the UK to further her professional development. Currently she is taking part in an anatomy and human movement course for pilates instructors. She enjoys teaching clients of all ages and enjoys challenging them to reach their goals

Alison works in our East Dulwich site and has worked with ESPH since 2010.


Natasha Alpe - Pilates

Natasha completed her Pilates training with Pilates Foundation at the Laban Centre in London, 2011.  She has a Bachelor of Contemporary Dance from UNITEC, New Zealand and has ten years experience as a professional dancer. Natasha has a rehabilitative approach in her Pilates teaching, with an eye for detail.

Natasha is based in our East Dulwich site and has worked with ESPH since 2012.


Christine Rutter - Pilates

Christine trained with the Pilates Foundation at Trinity Laban after a twenty year career in the NHS working as a Clinical Psychologist specialising in Women's Health. She is also a breast cancer exercise specialist having completed the Pink Ribbon Program in January 2012 which is a Pilates-based rehabilitation program for women following surgery for breast cancer. Her interest in the mind-body relationship underpins all her work and her expertise as a psychologist enriches her Pilates teaching.

Christine works in our East Dulwich site and has worked with ESPH since 2012.


Jennifer Noda - Pilates

Jennifer began her Pilates training as a ballet dancer at the University of Cincinnati (College-Conservatory of Music), where she received her BFA in dance.  After her performing career, Jennifer became a fully certified instructor through Stott Pilates.  Jennifer has an ongoing interest in education and finds teaching clients of all ages and backgrounds extremely rewarding. Jennifer has also taught ballet and Horton technique in New York and Paris and completed a Masters in choreography in 2010.

Jennifer works in our East Dulwich site and has worked with ESPH since 2012.
