Welcome to esph our pilates instructors in Harley Street and East Dulwich offer a range of pilates classes in London. Want to work your body to the core? Pilates is a unique form of exercise that focuses on spinal stability and core strength and will transform the way your body looks, feels and performs.

We offer several types of Pilates:

Physio Pilates

These 1-on-1 sessions are taken by pilates-trained physiotherapists and are designed to focus on rehabilitating you from injury and progressing you from the treatment phase to full recovery. This is usually recommended after a course of treatment for your injury.

Pilates Induction

New to Pilates? Then this is the option for you. A full biomechanical screening from one of our physios to check any injuries or imbalances provides the starting point for your introduction to Pilates. You are then taken through three personal sessions using the pilates equipment. These tailored sessions give you the most effective start to pilates and will give you the confidence and understanding of the exercises to progress in the best way. Following this you will naturally progress into our studio pilates classes or you can carry on with personal sessions.

Studio Pilates

Ideal whether you have recovered from injury or simply wish to take advantage of the more dynamic and precise nature of equipment-based Pilates. Taken by highly-qualified instructors, these classes are for a maximum of four clients and will focus on an individual programme that will help you reach your goals.

Matwork Pilates

Free to our gym members (though non-members are, of course, welcome), these classes have a maximum of eight clients per instructor and are perfect if you have no specific physical concerns but wish to enjoy the benefits of building core strength and stability through the pilates method.

Pilates fit

For the real Pilates fanatics, this dynamic class will push you to your limits. Numbers are limited to a maximum of 5 to ensure you get the attention you need.

Personal Pilates

For the most personalised and specific benefits of pilates; take a course of personal sessions with one of our instructors. These will be entirely tailored to your needs and can be done in conjunction with a personal training programme.
