Pre- and Post-Natal Exercise

Whether you are considering having a baby, already pregnant or struggling to get back into your jeans following childbirth, there is no denying that the whole business is physically demanding. At esph we have specialist staff who know exactly what to work on to give you the best possible chance of a healthy, comfortable pregnancy, and, should problems occur, the expertise to help you recover quickly.

Member or not, you are welcome to join our pre and post-natal classes, benefit from an expert  pre-exercise (or even pre-pregnancy!) health check-up and a long-term approach to your physical well-being.
