At esph we recognise how difficult it can be for you to reach and sustain your ideal weight. We also understand that you are constantly bombarded with the din of endless tips and advice from so called experts about which diet to follow and how best to lose weight. And we have no desire whatsoever to add to the din and confuse you any further.
Our approach is simple: We offer a unique 10 week course which takes a straightforward and very personal approach to help you be the weight you want to be. We mix one to one consultations with group sessions. After all, a problem shared is a problem solved. And we offer expert dietetic advice and a supervised exercise programme that will help you burn the calories.
You will begin with two private consultations, one with our dietician and one with the physiotherapist who will supervise your exercise programme. We will find out what your ideal weight is, take some base line measurements and fitness tests and agree your goals. The course will then be tailored to your individual needs, health and lifestyle.
