What is Tai Chi?
Tai Chi focuses on 13 basic movements which combine to make up a series of routines. There are 5 main styles of Tai Chi namely, Yang, Chen, Wu, Wu(Hao) and Sun. Your East Dulwich Tai Chi experience will focus on several routines based on Yang Style Tai Chi Chuan.

Styles of Tai Chi we teach at ESPH East Dulwich:
- 24 Step Tai Chi Form
- 18 Step Tai Fan Form
- 18 Step Tai Chi Qi Gong Form
Qi Gong (energy skills) uses movement with deep breathing exercise and each movement has a more specified healing purpose compared to routines. Some of the Qi Gong exercises are based on Tai Chi movements, e.g. 18 Tai Chi Qi Gong Movements, which we practice.
