HOW TO BOOK GYM TIME

The gym will initially only be open to 6 members at a time to maintain a covid safe environment. To book your hour in the gym, simply head to the ESPH app or website and head to ‘Member Gym Access’ to book your arrival slot. You then have an hour from your arrival to get back into the swing of the gym!

You can make bookings up to seven days in advance. We look forward to seeing many of you back on lordship lane and bringing some life back into the building. Remember you need to come ‘gym ready’ as there will be no changing room access, and please bring your own towel if required.
