Open for Business
The first thing to say is that we’re still open. We are listening carefully to the latest information from the World Health Organization, government, Public Health England and Ukactive and have heard the daily press conferences from the Prime Minister. Your health and the health of all our people remains our primary concern.
Reduced opening Hours
From Thursday March 19th until further notice our opening hours will be as follows:
Monday to Friday 7AM to 8PM
Saturday and Sunday 8AM to 3PM
Following Best practice
It’s worth reminding ourselves of the World Health Organization’s (WHO) advice to the public to adhere to basic protective measures. Take care of your health and protect others by doing the following:
- Wash & Sanitize your hands frequently
- Maintain Socal Distancing, at least 1 metre (3 feet) distance between yourself and anyone who is coughing or sneezing
- Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth
- Cover your mouth and nose when you cough or sneeze
Stay home if you feel unwell. If you have a fever, cough and difficulty breathing seek medical attention
Cleaning & Hygiene Policy
If you’ve been onsite in the last few weeks you will have noticed that we’ve started to smell a bit like a dentist’s consulting room. That’s because we’re cleaning the building 5 times a day with 60% ethanol cleaner which we’re also using as hand sanitiser. Please follow the advice displayed around the building, make sure you use the hand sanitiser when you arrive and when you leave and clean all exercise equipment before and after use.
If you’re coming to us for physio you will notice that the physios are wearing protective gloves for your and their protection. If you want to use gloves when you’re onsite please ask our front of house team and we’ll be happy to provide them.
Reducing Class sizes
Starting today, we will be reducing the numbers in classes to enable us to comply with the social distancing principle. We will also be redesigning some of the circuit classes to reduce the amount of equipment being used and ensure it’s not shared. We believe this will enable you to continue to come to classes and train safely.
We now offer online physio consultations so if you aren’t feeling well or are self-isolating then we’re still here for you. Just call our front of house team on 020 7907 1900 or click here to book online.
This is a very fast moving situation so we will provide regular updates as and when things change. We are deeply conscious of our role in encouraging you to keep being physically active, to keep moving and we must all stick together, look after each other and follow the public health advice until life returns to normal.
Keep safe and see you soon.
