Luke Joins the ESPH Team

ESPH welcomed Luke to the fitness team this week as its new Exercise Physiologist and Personal Trainer!

As a highly qualified health professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology, Luke has the expertise to design and deliver exercise interventions for a range of requirements: from people who want to improve their health and wellbeing efficiently and effectively, to those suffering from chronic medical conditions, injuries or disabilities.

Following completion of his degree, Luke has gained experience in treating chronic disease, fitness testing, athlete screening and strength and conditioning. He is also a fully-qualified personal trainer.

Luke says, “Ever since I can remember I’ve been involved in sport and exercise. I’m highly passionate about the ability of the body to recover and improve through the combination of exercise and a good lifestyle.”

Outside of sport and exercise, Luke loves social sports, Rugby League & Union, travelling and coffee!
