These days, the words pregnancy and fitness are far more synonymous than they used to be. For the most part, women either exercise regularly prior to pregnancy, and look to carry that fitness through to childbirth, or, once pregnant, they decide to increase their focus on fitness in preparation for the challenge of looking after children. In this article we look at planning the best exercise approach pre and post natal.

Update on Video on demand and Live Stream

We continue to offer a daily timetable of free classes streamed live on Instagram with most posted to our YouTube channel as well. And from Friday May 8th we are releasing a number of videos on MBO which you can book online or via the App in the usual way. You can still Book physio online or by calling us on 020 7907 1900, our admin hours are currently 10AM – 4PM Monday to Friday, if you want to reach us outside of these hours please use the chat feature on the site or email us. We are also still renting some gym equipment, please email for an up to date list. Have a great bank holiday and stay safe and well.
