Sarah’s mission: “As a Physiotherapist I am well aware of the multitude of health benefits associated with physical activity, including cancer prevention. I am passionate about rehabilitating people back to the things they need and love to do, as well as encouraging people to increase their general physical activity levels. It is my hope that through completing this year of challenges, not only will I raise money for charity, but that I will also inspire others to pursue their own goals, no matter how big or small.”
