    A thorough review of your fitness, we assess your biomechanics, cardio fitness (sub-maximal VO2 Max), Strength, Metabolism & Balance. Included FREE in membership

  • VO2 Max

    The gold standard in cardio-respiratory testing. We use a nifty bit of kit to test your oxygen uptake. The test is a sub-maximal walking test, from which we derive your maximum score. Included in Fitness Fundamentals

    Using our state of the art eGYM resistance machines we test your upper and lower body strength plus a grip strength test. Included in Fitness Fundamentals

  • Movement

    How your body moves dictates how able you are to perform basic movements and keep you fit and healthy. Too much sitting or working in fixed positions will reduce movement and lead to stiffness, pain and injury. A thorough biomechanics assessment will put you on the road to recovery.

  • Metabolism

    Basic metabolism is included in Fitness Fundamentals. To fully understand your metabolism our resting metabolic rate test (RMR) will demonstrate if you have a normal, low or high metabolism and is key to understand weight management.

    Using our Tanita MC780 bio-electrical impedence test we can accurately show your body fat % and body composition, which is essential to understand your overall fitness and more important than body weight. Included in Fitness Fundamentals

    We take many things for granted and balance is one of those things but if you don’t specifically train for balance it won’t stay with you, so use it or lose it.

  • Physiotherapy

    If you are concerned about an injury or persistent pain, a physio assessment with one of our expert phsiotherapists would be highly recommended. This can prevent the risk of chronic injury and pain and set you up with an effective rehabilitation plan.
