Get back on track

Get back on your feet and restored to full function with a tailored treatment and rehab plan combining manual therapy and access to our state-of-the-art Pilates and strength training equipment. Our fabulous team will have you back on your feet in no time!

Move well

We’re engineered to move! The human body is a product of hundreds of thousands of years of precision evolution, an amalgam of interconnected moving parts. Want to live well? Then you need to move well! And we’re here to help and guide you every step of the way.

Neck and back pain

Let’s face it, we all sit down way more than we should and this isn’t great for the spine.

Our spine is the body’s central support structure and it relies on constant flexibility and movement to keep it pliable.

Sitting down for extended periods without moving can compromise the intervertebral discs which will cause back pain. So movement and avoiding prolonged periods of inactivity are key.

Sports injury

Whether you’re a runner, a gym bunny, a skier or a ball-sports player, having a good sports physio in your corner is a must.

Sport puts specific demands on joints and muscles and over-use or contact injuries are common. Our team of sports physios will help you understand the mechanics of your injury, restore you to full function and teach you how to avoid re-injury.

Postural problem

Reducing pain and improving movement patterns are the name of the game here.

Our physios will help you understand the fundamental mechanics of movement, teach you how strength, balance and movement align and help you improve your body control.

Why Physio?

The world’s full of manual therapists be they osteopaths, chiropractors, acupuncturists or sports therapists and it can be confusing to work out the difference between them. Physiotherapy combines treatment and exercise to treat and rehab injury and it’s the combination of treatment and exercise knowledge that sets physio apart from the rest.

Here’s How It Works

Step 1

It all starts with a thorough assessment.

Before we can help you, we need to understand you so our physios will spend time working out what’s wrong, how it happened and then set about fixing it.

Step 2

We’ll get to the root cause of your symptoms

We’ll get to the root cause of your symptoms and work on reducing your pain and restoring your movement. You’re the most important person here and we will work overtime to get you back on your feet, pain-free and loving life again.

Step 3

We’ll get you moving freely again

Once we’ve got to the root cause of your problem, reduced any pain and unlocked any locked joints or overactive muscles, we’ll be fully focussed on getting you moving well again.

Such a good initial consultation - extremely thorough examination and lots of exercises and advice given - would highly recommend.— Evan B
